Pest update from Wellesbourne

Today's trap captures were (over 4 days):

• 97 carrot fly - 3 traps and only sampling in the new carrots now

In the three yellow water traps:

• 12 male and 6 female cabbage root fly
• 6 bean seed fly
• 44 pollen beetle
• 17 flea beetle
• 11 cabbage stem weevil
• 1 small white butterfly

We are sampling for cabbage root fly eggs and there were 98 (15 plants).

One turnip moth in the pheromone traps (2 traps per species).
