Pest update from Wellesbourne

Today's trap captures were (over 4 days):

• 88 carrot fly - 3 traps and only sampling in the new carrots now

In the three yellow water traps:

• 4 male and 4 female cabbage root fly
• 3 bean seed fly
• 108 pollen beetle
• 33 flea beetle
• 43 cabbage stem weevil
• 2 cabbage seed weevil
• 1 small white butterfly

We are sampling for cabbage root fly eggs and there were 64 (15 plants).

No moths in the pheromone traps (2 traps per species).
