Pest update from Wellesbourne

Today's trap captures were (over 3 days):

• 76 carrot fly - 3 traps and only sampling in the new carrots now

In the three yellow water traps:

• 12 male and 7 female cabbage root fly
• 5 bean seed fly
• 171 pollen beetle
• 53 flea beetle
• 150 cabbage stem weevil
• 1 cabbage seed weevil
• 1 cabbage stem flea beetle

We are sampling for cabbage root fly eggs and there were 50 (15 plants).

No moths in the pheromone traps (2 traps per species).
