Pest update from Wellesbourne

Yesterday's trap captures were (over 3 days):

• 65 carrot fly - 3 traps and only sampling in the new carrots now

In the three yellow water traps:

• 39 male and 22 female cabbage root fly
• 13 bean seed fly
• 272 pollen beetle
• 66 flea beetle
• 46 cabbage stem weevil
• 2 cabbage seed weevil
• 1 small white butterfly

We are sampling for cabbage root fly eggs and there were 35 (15 plants).

No moths in the pheromone traps (2 traps per species).
