Pest update from Wellesbourne

Today's trap captures were (over 3 days):

• 13 carrot fly - 3 traps and only sampling in the new carrots now

In the three yellow water traps:

• 14 male and 9 female cabbage root fly
• 31 bean seed fly
• 411 pollen beetle
• 26 flea beetle
• 91 cabbage stem weevil
• 1 cabbage seed weevil

We are sampling for cabbage root fly eggs and there were 40 (15 plants).

1 turnip moth in the pheromone traps (2 traps per species).
