Pest update from Wellesbourne

Today's trap captures were (over 3 days):

• 39 carrot fly - 3 traps and only sampling in the new carrots now

In the three yellow water traps:

• 5 male and 1 female cabbage root fly
• 7 bean seed fly
• 104 pollen beetle
• 350 flea beetle
• 21 cabbage stem weevil

We are sampling for cabbage root fly eggs and there were 4 (15 plants).

One turnip moth in the pheromone traps (2 traps per species).
