Pest update from Wellesbourne

Yesterday's trap captures were (over 3 days):

• 57 carrot fly - 3 traps and only sampling in the new carrots now

In the three yellow water traps:

• 17 male and 17 female cabbage root fly
• 37 bean seed fly
• 100 pollen beetle
• 331 flea beetle
• 92 cabbage stem weevil
• 1 cabbage seed weevil

We are sampling for cabbage root fly eggs and there were 21 (15 plants).

No moths in the pheromone traps (2 traps per species).
