Pest update from Wellesbourne

Today's trap captures were (over 4 days):

• 47 carrot fly - 3 traps and only sampling in the new carrots now

In the three yellow water traps:

• 5 male and 7 female cabbage root fly
• 20 bean seed fly
• 132 pollen beetle
• 336 flea beetle
• 25 cabbage stem weevil
• 1 cabbage stem flea beetle

We are sampling for cabbage root fly eggs and there were 5 (15 plants).

Two turnip moths in the pheromone traps (2 traps per species).
