AHDB Aphid News

The latest edition of AHDB Aphid News has been released for the week ending 12 May.

  • Peach-potato aphid - captured at 9 sites
  • Potato aphid - captured at 7 sites
  • Cabbage aphid - captured at 2 sites
  • Willow-carrot aphid - captured at 12 sites
  • Pea aphid - captured at 6 sites
  • Black-bean aphid - 6 sites
  • Currant-lettuce aphid - 2 sites

Species recorded in double figures are the peach–potato aphid, from Broom’s Barn and Wellesbourne, as well as the willow–carrot aphid, from Preston, Wellesbourne, Silwood Park and Starcross.
