AHDB Aphid News
The latest edition of AHDB Aphid News has been published - for the week ending 14th October.
- Peach–potato aphids were captured in suction traps at 11 sites, increasing at five - with a hotspot at Wellesbourne (107).
- Mealy cabbage aphids were captured at five sites, increasing at three.
- Willow-carrot aphids (Cavariella aegopodii) were captured at Gogarbank (93), York (5), Preston (32), Broom’s Barn (10), Wye (33) and Starcross (2) with a hotspot at Dundee (*469). Five male individuals were captured at Dundee and four at Gogarbank.
