The Grim Reaper arrives in town

Well Thame may now have a cafe with free WiFi access, but i'm afraid that with the arrival of this character in town I have no intention of sticking around. I expect the four horsemen of the apocolypse to be riding along the high street very soon.

Even more suspiciously, he was standing outside of a shop selling lifelike statues of Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley and The Blues Brothers, all of whom have fallen to his terrible blade.

WiFi and hot chocolate – Thame

Superb! Free WiFi connection at the trendy Social restraunt/cafe in my home town of Thame near Oxford. This is the first time that I have found anywhere offering this service in UK. There are lots of places in Oxford that offer subscription services at absurd prices, for example through the T-Mobile system, and no one ever uses them.

This just makes sense. WiFi must cost virtually nothing to run. We had no intention of eating out today, but attracted by the connectivity, have now spent £15. I'm now drinking a nice hot chocolate and waiting for my panini whilst blogging.

A perfect Saturday afternoon.
