Teja was the first to join the lab (when the lab was almost empty!). Everyone has learnt many things from her and enjoyed time working with her.
She is leaving the lab to take up her new job. We will all the best for her future!
I am honored and thrilled to be an invited speaker for the Conference on Collective Behavior at ICTP! A wonderful list of speakers from biology, physics and engineering!

Marco Delise (PhD student at SynBioCDT) won the BEST Poster Award in the School of Life Sciences Post Graduate Research symposium. (It comes with cash prize!)
We are very proud of you, Marco!
There is a Research Fellow job opening on the project to look into the plan-fung and bacteria-fungi interactions. It is an interdisciplinary colloboration project between Orkun Soyer, Marco Polin, Patrick Schafer and myself. It will also look into the spatio-temporal dynamics of fungi growth.
It is also a fantastic opportunity to work in the Asally lab (at least partly):) !
