one click from danger

To be honest, I didn't know some dangers on  internet for children. However,  I am very surprised after watching the video which Jeremy vine examined.

Nowadays, more and more teenagers like to put their real information and photoes on the profiles of website to make friends. For example, they put their real names, ages,sexes ,schools and attrative pictures on Facebook, MSN, my space and social network and so on to chat with strangers. What's worse, some teenagers give their own adverstments to strangers on street. I think it's very ridiculous to explose their private information for strangers. So in a result, some teenagers are cheated and at the same time they waste their time. Some offenders meet up with school girls and abuse them.

Parents should make safety for their children on the internet. They can pay much more attention on paying more time to conmunicate with their children and to be good friends of their children. Also they can put computers in public places. In addition, the government should do something to protect teenagers on internet website. For teenagers themselves, they should control and take care of themselves as well.

look back the first term in Warwick

How time flies! The first term in Warwick University was over now. Generally speaking, I have learned a lot although there are many difference between China and Britain,no matter on English study or the all kinds of living ways in Britain.

To be honest, writting the essay is very difficult for me. There are some reasons here. Firstly, this essay is very long. It's about 2000 words. I didn't have the experience to write so long essay before, so this is the first challenge for me. Secondly,  I didn't completely understand each topic on the lectures, also I didn't prepare them very well on the seminars. What's worse, i hardly ask some questions that are puzzled me from tutors and i didn't review what i have learned everyday. As a result, i did't absolutely digest each point what i have learned. Finally, it's a key point. I am not interested in  history actually, especially the history of foreign countries. so i didn't know the British history very well. In addition, it's a little boring to read so many thick English HISTORY BOOKS. It's quite difficult to understand the whole things and i couldn't get hold of the main points that i want . I didn't spend much time reading a great deal of materials for the essay. What's more, after finishing the whole reading, it's hard to choose which topic or point that i will write. so I am irresolute to choose a proper topic to start to write.

If I could go back to write this essay, i will prepare for it several weeks before i begin to write. I will spend much more time to read and review what i had learned during the class-time. I will write the outline at first and talk about it with my tutor then i can get more good suggestions from her. Also i think the  first draft is very necessary. I am going to hand it in  when i write an essay next time.

In conclusion, reading and choosing the topic what I will write is the first important step when I start writing the essay.

MY ENGLISH LEARNING STYLE

  As a English learner for several years, i have a lot of good and bad experience. However, my learning style is learning by myself during my free time.My favourite ways of learning vocabulary is enlarging my words by reading, also it is my best skills, but I pay too much attention on the new words so that slower my reding speed. In my opinion, join in the English corner and conmunicate with english foreigners, then you can make a great achivement if you insist on it.

English study includes reading, writing,speaking and listening, but i think both  reading and speaking are the most inportant. you can not only extend your vacabularies but also widen your knowledge. In addition, you are interested in those wonderful stories so that you are not tired even if you finished a long story in a short day. For English learners, listening comes first,because you must understand everything that someone commucate with you.Meanwhile, you practice your listening as well as you can at the same time. Then you can talk and learn a lot from your listening.Gradually, your writing and listening will to be high level.

when i read something, i always care about the new words,so i stop my reading and look them up my dictionary. I try my best remember but soon or later i forget all of them. so it's borning to memorize the new words. There are a number of words i don't know, so i need a good and effective method to enlarge my English words.W hat's more, listening the BBC is also good for your English.To sum up, learning English needs more and more practice and repeat what you did.

alcohol can rescue you when you are in trouble?

     when i  grow up, i found that many guys are crazy about cirgrettet and alcohol. i don't know why. but now when i am in university our classmates ,most of them like beer,even some girls. i am confused. does alcohol can do anything?

    maybe it makes you relax or excited, but ist is bad for your health, in a matter of fact. also when a man is dispointed they said that they need woman and beer,it is very interesting i think. i am not good at drinking alcohol, maybe i don't understand the feeling which they had.come down,boys,everything will be ok at last. do not be so  unbridled.

The first impression of Britain

On the 29th september in 2007, I came to britain with my classmates. we are eleven persons all in together. in my opinion, britain is quite clean, green and smooth. that is my first impression of britain.

when i was on plane i look down at the ground , i saw the plain. there are quite a lot of roads,rivers,and not high buildings are arranged in a crisscross pattern. it is very butiful and charming. also on the warwick university there are many grassland,good grass smell i like it. it is clean here and there. i will no longer to worry my shoues and trouses will be dirty , which you wear them for sevaral days, they are as clean as the new ones. meanwhile, the green grass i love it. i think it is good for your eyes.

what's more, the british people here are kind and hospitable. they are active to help you to find your classroom when you have some diffculty or lose your way on our campous. the cleaner in our flats is quite responbility for her work. they give us a beautiful situtionation for living.

although i am trying to adapt each aspect in britain , everything will become much easier for newcommer. we are not fresh, we are fashional and popular on our campours.

AS AN ACTRESS FOR THE FIRST TIME

   ONE of my good friend --------BY, I 'd like to call her husband, because she has Five special  Flower Wives and i am the second one!month ago, she wrote a short movie play. I have read it . I am glad to be invited to play a important role in it! Of course, it goes without saying that, i have the responsibility to support my husband

   WHEN  I was very young, i dream to become an popular actress. however, my parents are tranditional and they don't allow me to do that. I feel bad but i am young i have no choice. then when i grow up, i am crazy about TV PLAY. that is my interesting thing and a real way of relaxing myself during my spare time. now i have the chance and i will seize it. I am trying my best to act each point.

  NOW we are starting our action. Alough there are some difficulities, we have enough confidence to overcome. We are preparing for it all the time! It is amusing! I really enjoying it.
