About Strategy

"All men can see my tactics whereby I conquer, but what none can see is the strategy out of which great victory is evolved." Sun-Tzu; Chinese Military Strategist, 500 BC.(Paul, 2011)

I totally agree this definition about strategy. Tactics can be learned or seen, but cannot be totally understood and flexible application. Tactics is tangible, strategy is intangible. Both of them are used to improve the development of an organization. But the effectiveness is different. Tactics can conquer the market for a short-term and win the front victory. However, strategy can conquer the market for a long time. The purpose of strategy is not for victory but for evolution.

Strategy is not a tactics. It is a kind of continuous development and evolution vision. This vision can be changed according to different situation in any time, any place, and any situation. But no matter how to change and evolve it, it still follows an eternal regular. This eternal regular changed in time as well as never be changed. Above is parts of difference between tactics and strategy.

Is 'fourth' really 'forth'?

Is 'fourth' really 'forth' ?

When I wrote something in this morning, I missed a word in 'fourth', so it becomes 'forth'.

I browsed it again just now, I found it not what I wanted to express the meaning.

I wanted to express 'fourth' not 'forth'.

Howerver, only one word missed , totally different meaning.

Is the idea controlled by some unconsicous ?

What is unconsicous ? What is the difference between unconsicous and occasional?

I do not like the word 'control' , also I do not like the word 'be controlled '.

However, sometimes people have the time against their will.

For example,  in this morning, I wanted to control 'fourth', but I was controlled by 'forth' .

Should I control 'fourth' or 'forth'  control me ? Or other answers...?
