Yes, most animal lovers only love cute animals.

I don’t know the last time a cow came into my kitchen with shit, bacteria (etc.) on its legs and carried disease all over my food.

I don’t know the last time a cockroach dug up an old lady’s grave.

Such things as humane traps exist.

For cockroaches… What’s humane for a cockroach? You put it to sleep then punch a miniture bolt through its head?

If a cute animal actually did come into your kitchen with excrement and bacteria on its legs, transferring it to your food (it’s possible – a dog has done that to me before), would it be permissible to slaughter it? I think that would be much worse than humane animal testing.

  9. I’m sure humane traps are designed for humans. What good will it be using a humane trap on a cockroach? They should invent a cockraochy trap to fit the moral standards of killing cockroaches. Each to its own trap

humane animal traps aren’t designed for humans…
maybe you would fit in something designed for a mouse, but most humans wouldn’t :P

jim, would you kill your mother if she didn’t cook you an egg properly?
