General Physical Ill–being

I woke up from an excruciating pain in my stomach. It was 8.35am. I felt sick. I haven't felt sick in ages. It was like having my stomach turned inside out. Bending over the sink I pondered over the possiblity of vomiting. I almost had a mental bet with myself. Recalling my food intake for the last couple of days I figured there wasn't much I could spill out. At that point I went back to bed and watched a dream where I was telling a friend how I'd woken up at 8.35am and bent over the sink…
