OMGsh! I've just remembered – I've seen Michael Jackson before!

It was a long long time ago. When I was in Russian, my boarding school for children from families with financial difficulties had organized a sports event and we were told that Michael Jackson was going to be there to pick a couple of children for his next-to-come clip. I was then around 13, or maybe younger, I honestly don't remember. But I did see Jackson in close proximity and he did look interested in children. It was about 8 years ago now

Phoneless

My cam-phone went green. Not so much phone, as much the cam. It started seeinge everything in pretty green colour. The last picture it took was one of Hamid, a second later it collapsed. What can you say, Hamid has the charms!

Today I went to Coventry to get my phone fixed.
– We can lend you a phone while we fixing yours.
– (thinks) Mmm… Nah, I'll be fine.

Yes, I'll be phoneless for four days. Due to possessing a mobile phone and a credit card, I always thought there were no hopeless situations. You see, I like getting lost. It's a habit of mine. But I never panic, because I know I can always phone the right people or pay the wrong people and get my arse out of pretty much any situation. I decided to live without a phone for a couple of days and see what it's gonna be like, rotating clocks 10 years back.

The first disadvantage I'd noticed is that I can no longer tell the time. I haven't got a watch. But if you look at the bright side of it, you get a valid excuse to approach cuties asking for the time. The second minus in this phoneless situation is that I get bored and have nothing to play with while riding buses, trains and etc. But on the other hand, I get to study people and nature around me and think about all sorts of weird things that come to my mind when I do my observation trick. I'm only a little worried about not having an alarm clock. But it'll teach me how to go to bed at 'human' hours and rise with the sun.

I wonder if by Thursday (the rebirthday of my phone) I'll forget about it completely and learn to make do's without it.
