Why are you here

This is a thought about a persons approach to a job.

scene

Employer  to Employee.

"Why are you here?"

employee

"to earn money"

employer

"I'm Sorry. Perhaps I should rephrase that question.  Why do I need you here?"

Employee

"I don't know"

Employer

"Perhaps that is where I have gone wrong..."

Employee

"Maybe.."

Employer

"I need you to do the things that I cant do"

Employee

"I don't know what you can't do."

Employer

"Maybe that is where I have gone wrong...."

Employee

" I couldn't say.  But, When did you go wrong?" 

Employer

"When I got frustrated with you"

Show me what you can do, I will let you do it again.


Quality of service not Quantity of service

To provide what the client wanted at the best quality of service.  Do not do what they didnt want to be done.
