ATHENS login

Writing about web page

IT Services have finally switched off support for the old “war…” logins which means they will all fade & die over the next few weeks.

Everyone should be using their Warwick login as Athens login but there may be some entrenched “war…” users!?

If that includes you please set up your Warwick login as your Athens login – the “war..” Athens usercodes will cease to work over the next few weeks.

You will need to do this once on each pc you use to access electronic resources.

You can quickly set this up by following the steps below.
  1. Click “Athens setup” on this web page
  2. Select “I am from the University of Warwick” & ensure box is ticked to “Remember this organisation”
  3. Sign in with your Warwick username & password.

Endnote Web

Writing about web page

Check out the Library’s EndNote Web blog. This blog will be used to provide help and tips in using the web version of the EndNote reference management software.

EndNote Web can help you manage the references you collect for your assignment and automatically format your bibliography into the referencing style required (e.g. Harvard or Vancouver).

In the meantime, if you want to know more about the EndNote Web software, visit the Library EndNote Web webpages to help you get started.

IT Services also have a range of training material and courses available
