This week the international children’s game is held in Warwick University. As a member of staff in Costcutter supermarket, we were asked to check custom’s age before selling alcohol, lottery, glue or cigarette. The manager told us if we are not sure about customer’s age, we can refuse to sell goods to them. As an international student, it is really a problem for me. Teenagers here look much more mature than those in my country. So every time when young people buy age required products, I always ask them “Are you over 18? Could I have a look at your ID?”
