Welcome to the Warwick Pro Bono Blog
ENSURE YOU SIGN IN TO ACCESS ALL PRO BONO INFORMATION RELEVANT TO YOU.
Warwick Pro Bono provides Warwick University students with opportunities to do law-based volunteer work in the local community.
It's aim is to be proactive in teaching, supporting and sustaining the community as well as being a platform for law students to put into practice what they learn in the classroom.
The current projects are:
- Street Law (an educational outreach programme teaching schoolchildren about a legal issue)
- Victim Support
- Witness Support
- St Oswald's Advice Centre
Projects hoping to be set up in the following weeks:
- A research project to set up a Housing Law guide for students in off-campus accommodation.
Projects to be considered:
- The Coventry Refugee Centre
