For some reason, it was the one that struck me most for sadly being close to the truth. There was a big article somewhere earlier about MRSA, where they talked to a Dutch guy about how Dutch hospitals are much cleaner now, and how they managed to control the bug in the 1990s when it came along. I also read an article about a woman in a UK hospital waiting for her test results who had to deal with a receptionist who was picking his nose. I could probably go on but I won’t. Guess I should wash my hands ;-)
