Leave me alone

Writing about web page http://www.guardian.co.uk/g2/story/0,,1803968,00.html

A colleague sent me the link to this article after I had been whinging about the number of distractions and interruptions I had to my normal working week last week. How ironic that the first thing I did was dropped everything I was working on to read it!

Now, I wonder how many people might read this entry and click straight through to the article too – after a little afternoon distraction, perhaps? (PS I'm on my lunch break now!!)

How ironic that the first thing I did was dropped everything I was working on to read it!

What's more ironic is the second thing you did was blog about it – subsequently wasting more time!

Don't give me that rubbish about being on your lunch break…you had your sardine salad at least an hour ago!

  2. Yeah – and you didn't reply until half an hour after my post!!! Actually received the article on Friday, but decided to save up the distraction of writing the blog entry until another day. Can't use up all my distractions at once!!!
