I am trying to cut down my coffee intake to just 1 a day – I have been drinking far too much of the stuff.
I have had one coffee in three days now and I assume that my tiredness, irritability and headache relate to this fact. I hope this ends soon.
I am glad I never smoked as giving up things is a real bummer.
My rationale for this – partly health related but I also want to make coffee something special again. Like many good things too much of it reduces the specialness. Coffee, like wine, should be appreciated rather than thrown back. So fewer but better is the mantra.
