Referenda

“Anyone wishing to campaign ‘for’ or ‘against’ on a referendum motion must join a campaigning group”

Does this mean I can’t blog any ramblings about the referenda, they’ll doubtlessly have too little of both the coherance of an analytical argument and the wide readership required for my efforts to be described as “campaigning”.

P.S. Have just been listening to Solace (A Mexican Serenade) by Scott Joplin, it’s awesome.
