The first PMA experience

Having completed the first PMA, there are many learning experiences and more importantly, lessons to take away from this.

In regards to the learning experiences, being the first PMA, what took me by surprise was the length of time required to find adequte litrature for research. Sources are filled with hundreds of thousands of papers and the relevent material can often take days to find. Not being aware of this caused delays to the actual paper being written as there were intensive module weeks in between the set date and the due date. However I did find that EBSCO is highly useful and I will intend to use this for the coming weeks and months on future PMAs.

I feel that moving forward, the biggest lesson to take from this is time management. I need to improve my time management especially with the dissertation looming.

All in all, I have enjoyed this experience, it sets the foundation for my dissertation also as the topic was similar.
