KBAM – PMA

The PMA experience for KBAM has been interesting to say the least. I feel that I have a deeper understanding developed with regards to what was learnt during the module. The theory and applications of both Knowledge Management and Asset Management in my opinion have a strong effect on the success or failures of an organisation. From what I can take, in the organisation that I move into after WMG, I know that I have the abillity to change and implement. Moving through the organisation, gaining higher levels of responsibility will be handled with care, with new power, I will ensure positional power where I will get the best out of people. The learning right from CBE to KBAM has left me ready to take on the world, creating a culture in the enviroment that I have control over where the 14 points of Deming are stressed in order to ensure that everything has the opportunity to flourish.
