Failure of time management last week

I have to admit my failure for time management last week, I submitted PMA one hour before the deadline. I planned to finish it on Friday, but actually I only did 30% at that time. I try to find the reason why I am always late, because it is hard for me to concentrate on the current task.

I have this problem after I graduated from university, since I did not have much stress and workload at the beginning, so I was used to surf internet for no purpose.

Last week Paul taught me how to manage my time and persuaded me insist this method for at least 6weeks. Although I failed last week, I found something is really useful. Prioritising week tasks and day tasks.

Every day I plan the most important thing should be done first, and arrange the second thing with a small task which is still important but can be finished in one hour. If I feel tired or cannot concentrate on current important task, I move to the second one. After I finish the second one, I feel successful and have already concentrated on work, and then move on to vital but the difficult task.

Even if I cannot finish planed work, I can at least guarantee the working hours is efficient.
