Friday Puzzles #102

I wonder whether this puzzle will end up being particularly remarkable or not – it’ll end up proving a point to me one way or the other. Enjoy!

Friday Puzzles #101

For some reason I’ve found it necessary to make a nice easy example of a nikoli puzzle called Ripple Effect. It is the first such example I’ve done, and whilst I feel a little guilty putting something so tame out, a) for many readers this will be the first time they’ve seen such a puzzle, b) for a first timer it solves pretty nicely, and c) I have my mind on other things puzzling-wise. Hope you enjoy!

Friday Puzzles #100

So dearest reader, we’ve reached our 100th week.. Of course, it’s not the 100th discrete week I’ve been putting out puzzles, but let’s not trouble ourselves with mere semantics. Obviously week 100 is pretty close to week 104, with the latter being a more concrete milestone in my own eyes, but why pass up a theme like this? Enjoy!

P.S. A big thanks to all the people leaving comments last week who I didn’t find time to reply to. I’m glad the idea went down well with you all!

Friday Puzzles #99

This week’s puzzle is a Nurikabe, but with a slightly novel feel to it. If you initially flounder, don’t panic, it is still definitely an easy. Enjoy!

Friday Puzzles #98

I’ve been writing an awful lot of puzzles this week, but sadly for this blog (I still really hate that word by the way) most of them won’t be ready until, say, June. Most – not all! This little fella was a little too tame to be let out into the wild by itself, but I’m sure will be appreciated here. Certainly on my part, easy Numberlink make for less heart-ache regarding uniqueness (touch wood!). Enjoy!
