Allergic to allergies
Now my immune system is quite robust most of the time and allergies I have are quite pathetic: dust and pollen. The latter of which has only been for the past few years (but hayfever sufferers on campus, just a warning that mine is worse in coventry and warwickshire than anywhere else in the country).
Another allergy I have is to Septrin, an old-skool antibiotic that they don't even use anymore.
Oh yeah, and, my dad JUST told me (cos thanks to my dad propping a door open, I made blood spurt out one of my fingers around the nail) that I'm allergic to sulphurous medicines too. I pointed out that noone's ever told me that before, but apparently "it's on all your medical records"...I guess this would be useful if they hadn't all been lost (up to the age of 12) by the NHS somewhere along the way.

Jools Holland
So, I am now 6 tracks off hearing the whole Foos album.
I watched Later with Jools Holland and forced my parents to watch too(seeing as they wouldn't let me go back for Crash due to the lateness of the hour). Gave them an education in new music and also introduced my mum to my iPod and played her stuff she'd like.
Additionally, my mum thinks Dave Grohl's fit (thoughtfully during Jools Holland: "that picture on the front of the NME doesn't really do him justice does it?") and my dad should never be allowed more than 2 glasses of wine of an evening. He was trying to be the black eyed peas. My camera ran out of memory for him being Liam Gallagher, however amusing photos of him being "Westside" to come..)
