Learning and Life Balance

Hi, I’m a mature student at the university for a number of years now and I have developed and successfully organised my life around working on my business, bringing up my daughters as a single parent, keeping fit and healthy and making time for my studies.

Is there anyone else out there who would like to comment on how you balance the demands of being a parent and a mature student, how you fit in time for yourself and manage to maintain a work/study/life balance?

Is there any support on campus? Do you think it would be worth setting something up to provide support and encouragement to mature students balancing everything?

I am designing and developing an e-learning solution for wellbeing and self empowerment and I will be using the development and research of this project in my dissertation and would be interested to hear from anyone interested in this topic or want to improve their wellbeing and are involved in study at Warwick.
