Tickets
Hmm, seems like I never got round to finishing off the description of the Radio Awards. May do it some time soon. Anyway, tickets.
I now have 2 tickets to go and see Crawford Park being filmed at the BBC on Sunday 17th December.
Crawford Park is a sitcom set in the ever-popular world of conspiracy theory, UFOs, and mysterious intergalactic comings-and-goings, contrasting hilariously with the humdrum worklife of the average British skiver…
Taking its cue from the blockbuster movie Men In Black, it proves that everything you’ve ever suspected is true. But even worse than that – it’s funny.
Starring:-
- Celia Imrie (dinnerladies, Bridget Jones, Calendar Girls, Daniel Deronda, Acorn Antiques etc etc.) as Dr. Fleishmann, the tyrannical seen-it-all-before boss with a vulnerable side
- Marcus Brigstocke (The Late Edition, Giles Wemmbley Hogg Goes Off) as Alan, the funny quick-witted but workshy boffin
- Victoria Hamilton (Victoria & Albert, Goodbye Mr Chips) as the genius with distinctly ladette tendencies
And is written by Shaun Pye & Alan Connor (writers of Monkey Dust & Friday Night With Jonathan Ross)…
Now I just have to decide who to take. I could give the 2nd one away on my radio show (Simon’s Selection – 10am Weds – RaW 1251AM), take my girlfriend or one of my family.
Hmmm

I thought Frances de la Tour was doing this sitcom, not Celia Imrie. Nowhere else online can I find it linked to Celia Imrie…I’m confused. Huge fan of Celia so want to go if it really is her. Who is handling ticketing?
