on the warwick network this should automatically send you to "insite" (NOT my.insite)
click on "for students" on the left hand side
sign in (link at top roght) using your 6-ish letters long user name and password
scroll down the page to "access your email"
re-enter your user name and password
warwick email awaits!

This makes it an SSL secure connection. Otherwise, you are transmitting your password in plain text across a potentially hostile network.

seems to be doesn't it. not a very good one though, the best kinds of contest usually involve swords or a weapon of some kind, not keyboards….
