Who's in the loo?

4 out of 5 stars

A funny rhyming story aimed at KS1 but still appreciated by lower KS2.

The book provides lots of opportunities for laughs from the children as well as giving the teacher the opportunity to use a range of expressions and story telling styles.

The book is best read with the children being able to see the illustrations as they are quite funny in themselves. The book is unlike many other childrens books as it deals, quite literally, with toilet humour but don't worry, there are no rude or innapropriate words/pictures. As a result of this the children find it doubly engaging as it is not only funny but that they also feel they are sharing in some illicit joke they are not normally allowed to make or laugh at in front of a teacher.
