Change is scary

So I finally made it to my local sports centre for a spot of badminton and spent most of the time between 6 and 9pm playing with or against two guys I've known since they were 14 (one is 19, the other 20). Turns out, in the last 6 months I've been away, they have decided to become professional badminton players. They are currently ranked 61 and 129 in England for mens doubles (the lower one having played less events), and are Rather Good. Needless to say, I have rather painful legs right at this moment.
