England versus the world?

Well England versus Northern Ireland + Wales + Scotland. A game show ” Your country needs you” turned from a harmless quiz show into a gang-up against the England team. Not sure if the England team became quite patronising when they were gazillion points ahead of everyone. Thanks to Chris the team leader. He was well smart! The other teams refused to go against England and even towards the end of the final round the Welsh team deliberately chose to go againts the Northern Ireland team so that they could take the lead. And yes they did. But in the end, justice prevailed :) The voting public secured England the trophy much to Patrick Kielty’s disappointment. Am sure it was just a harmless spirit of rivalry and competitiveness. But still it was plain obvious that the England Team were getting all the BOOs from the other 3 teams.

Oh and Anthony Cotton won the Soapstar Superstar although I still think that Hayley deserved the title more. And now am watching Kylie’s Showgirl Homecoming concert. She does look healthier but sound ever sooo squeakyyy! Still she can sing live under them horrendous weight of her feather boas and sparkling gems.
