Camels envieorment

camel

Do we trust camels? Is it a safe working environment. How can H&S be developed in the desert? I think in this situation knowledge managment is required. Any person to come in contact with the camel should know as much as possible about the camel. This is stored as tacit knowledge in the mind of the owner, it is his expertise. So he must distribute and share this knowledge to anyone and everyone else.

  1. Hahahaha Saqer!!! This is actually quite funny, but somehow it seems to make sense. At first I was wondering what you were thinking, but it really made me think. Very interesting…
It is completely true, however silly it may sound. But it is almost natural that when you take a tour, or are on holiday and are being shown around by a guide, that guide has the local knowledge in his mind. It is his expertise and tacit knowledge. He must then share this knowledge with you, by showing you the right road, or explaining to you the history of the place.
So in this case, when we take camel tours, he must explain to us in terms of health and safety what to do, and what not to do. What is the camel attacks us? He should tell us how to respond, in order to protect us and keep us safe..

It was really really funny, but I think this point is very true.
