Six sigma project trade–offs

I woke up in the wee hours of the morning and couldn't fall asleep. Looking back at the recent classes, here's a question:

In a company with only enough resources to support one six-sigma project at a time, if there is a six sigma project A that has just been implemented(at the beginning), but the internal audit results just finished by the company show that the importance(or value) of project B is equal to A, but the urgency of it is slightly stronger than that of project A, how to make the choice?

This is another form of variation.
