My feedback was positive:
“There is evidence here that the CCTs, and particularly your experiences in school, are improving your own practice. Your comments indicate gains in your understanding of team work, good communication skills and individual pupils’ needs. An occasional cross reference to a particular QTS Standard may have been helpful to show your understanding of how the Core Completion Tasks related to the Standards. Although your expression of ideas is not always as clear as it could be, you do set helpful, personal targets that have clearly arisen from self-evaluation and reflection.”
Referencing QTS would have helped clarify the writing and linking the targets tightly to maths would also have improved the task. otherwise i was glad to pass. =)
