Everyone had a very different experience with EAL day. My school had very few and it wasn’t that much of an experience but it was nice to realise that I would have been classed as EAL whilst at Primary School.
The techniques I came across, however, were highly effective. Key words and encouraging discussions seem to be the best ones.
