People are people but they are not the same

To become a high performance organization, the company need to create the five elements: determining the goal, resource planning, performance management, consolidating performance and learning organization.

However, from my viewpoint, it is about people since the company cannot achieve without the people's contribution.

Consequently, the challenge is how leader can unlock people's performance. One of theories is to motivate people as individuals since people are pepople but each person is differrent. What do you think?

Refinement Adopting the RADAR logic to my assignment, it is not to hard to use but too hard to refine within the time constrain. It is about to do it or leave it. I hope this is the right decision since I have spent over time budget. I hope this will lead to the benefit not only the current situation but also the carreer in the future. Another challenge, If the excellent concept is the continuous improvement, then it is worth doing so.

How to kill creativity

The two main resources that affect creativity are time and money.

Management need to create resource carefully. Like matching people with the right assugnments deciding how much time and money to give. My reflection is focus on TIME, time pressure can heighenten creativit. Say, for instance, that the coming PMA deadline totally destroy my ideas. organization routinely kill creativity with fake deadlines or impossibly tight ones. Managers who do not allow time for exploration are unwittingly standing in the way of the creative process.

Theory of knowledge

Theory of knowledge

"Working hard without knowlegde is our down fall, there is no substitute for knowledge" and " Beware of numbers" Deming, 1994.

I have been written my first PMA, since two weeks ago, until now have not finished. Soon I realize my mind keep counting the number of words instead of knowledge which I have learn. Working hard is far away from working smart.

I now try to find the suitable way to learn and improve myself. Any suggestion feel free to share. *_*
