Word is matter

Word is matter.

The powerful of word. This is about how to use the appropriate words because we get the response from what words that we have used. The typical example is, when we provide the feedback we have to be aware which words should be used in order to provide the genuine feed back but in the same time not hurt people feeling. Besides, I also pick up some point from the first excercise form the leadership excellence class, The task is to find the definition of leadership; we have provided the definition 3-4 line long. However, the given definition from our module tutor is only one sentence but covers all the meaning that the whole class have given. From this, I soon realise that not to be wordy, be precise and using the appropriate words. Another point is that, if we all agree diffrent word has diffrent mening. Then we should be aware the way we use them, otherwise we will end up with this " i did not mean that". The last one is leaders should not promise anything that they cannot do it, this mean they should keep their words. If they do not, then their words will become no meaning.
