KM challenge

Knowledge Mangement is not a new term for todays organization.

it, howeve, is not many organization is sucess in knwledge maangement.

Therefore, senior managers often looking for fancy tools and techniques to improve knwledge management in an organization. My first understand as well as assume the key problem should be something that is much complicated, but the research turns out that the common obstacles is good ideas and best practices are often nt shared. Lets guess and find the answer to this challenge. I, myself have one answer, it is perhaps "FEAR". I means, sometime people fear of mistake, fear of losing authority , hence the knowldge has not been shared. If my assumption is likely to be true..hw can we fix this issue??
