Pest update from Wellesbourne

Today's trap captures were (over 3 days):

  • 16 carrot fly - 3 traps and only sampling in the new carrots now

In the three yellow water traps:

  • 2 female cabbage root fly
  • 7 bean seed fly
  • 264 pollen beetle
  • 47 flea beetle
  • 51 cabbage stem weevil
  • 1 cabbage seed weevil

We are sampling for cabbage root fly eggs and there were 3 (15 plants).

3 diamondback moths in the pheromone traps (2 traps per species).
