Pest update from Wellesbourne

These are the numbers of insects captured between 30th October and 3rd November.

Yellow water traps (3)

  • 0 male and 0 female cabbage root fly
  • 201 bean seed fly

Sticky traps for carrot fly (3)

  • 47 carrot fly

Pheromone traps - 2 per species

  • Diamond-back moth 0
  • Silver Y moth 0
  • Turnip moth (cutworm) 1

We have stopped samplling for cabbage root fly eggs
