Some training feedback

Chris Bradford's just done some RefWorks training, and the feedback we're getting is that they really like the software, and they think the Library's workbook is an excellent introduction.

Along with questions about how to import references from other programs (which we should hopefully cover in the FAQs, once up and running), they seemed keen to share references with colleagues collaborating on projects. To do this we'd need the separate product RefShare, so I think we should start looking into the possibility of setting up a trial.
