Thor . . . I'm all Thor it!!!

Title:
Rating:
4 out of 5 stars

So as a massive Marvel/comic book/super hero film fan I was excited to finally get around to watching Thor having missed it in the cinema. I wasn't dissapointed.

The legend that is Kenneth Branaghhas done a sturdy job with a stonking cast. Natalie Portmancan do no wrong - why is she so good. Very engaging as a performer and Thor was no exception. Also I welcome most films with StellanSkarsgardand Anthony Hopkins in. My favin the film was probably Tom Hiddlestonas Loki, who gave a more interesting perspective to a super baddie. Intrigued to see where this character develops.

Anyway to the point - I was hooked from word go especially with the epic fight at the beginning with the Frost Giants. In fact can hardly fault the film was a real good Sunday afternoon watch. The only bit I wasn't partial of was the robot guard system thing - that was a bit naff in my opinion. But this film has certainly wet my appetite from The Avengers and certainly rocked the screen which sadly Captain America and Iron Man 2 didn't quite manage. But hey ho with JossWhedonat the helm I am expecting something incredible from The Avengers.

So Thor I give a rating of 7.5/10 and will have to purchase ondvd.
