Project Title:
Survey the skills shortages with the uk automotive industry

The project will review the existing skills across the entire automotive industry, with a special focus on the supply chains. It will report on the shortages that exist in each sector. The project will identify how new skills can improve the productivity and efficiency of suppliers. It will also identify were new skills can be gained and identify what methods are being used to transfer this knowledge in both academia and the related industries.

MAIN ACTIVITIES: Literature survey and analysis plus, possibly, questionnaire to, or interviews of, companies with relevant experiences.
