Notice of computing committee meeting
The next departmental computing committee meeting will be held on Tuesday the 30th of January. If you have any issues that you would like discussed please let me know (or list them here) before the 23rd of January for inclusion on the agenda.
At the last meeting we discussed wireless access, computing equipment recycling, more machines for the library workroom and abuse of clone manager licences. You can read the minutes of the last meeting

plenty of discussion on email migration, mailing lists, new intranet, network drive access from home, Terabyte storage, bigger H drives and recycling of obsolete computer equipment. Oh, and 5 new terminals to arrive in the Library workroom soon.
it is never too late to raise your gripes or concerns here.
