First up, what is it that they’re building on the maths field?
And secondly, why is the University not marked on Google Maps when Cannon Park and Westwood Business Park are? Surely the campus is at least a bit of a landmark…

google maps is not always very accurate, actually if you type the main campus postcode into the TOM TOM gps stuff it actually dumps you in cannon park rather than main campus as you would expect.

I realise google maps isn’t entirely awesome, but you can actually zoom right in on campus and still, other than the road names giving it aways slightly, there is no little text blob saying “University of Warwick” which I find rather odd… what are they trying to hide here?

Thanks for the link about the building… is the whole Excellent BREEAM rating going to be aimed for with the whole of the big expansion project then? It would make the campus a whole lot more attractive. Although, by comparison, library road may then look so ugly that students have to shield their eyes…
